If your plan is to camp in the woods, then you should probably switch off all the electronic devices. Remember, you are doing this to relax. Don’t worry about putting on an alarm, sleep for as long as you like. Let your body relax; the chirping birds will wake you up in the morning.
Start your morning with a few deep breathing exercises, then stretch for a while and gradually work your way towards some easy yoga positions such as the mountain pose, the warrior pose, or the tree pose. By doing so, you will see how effective yoga and meditation are when the noise pollution of the city is not there to disturb you. Imagine your eyes closed, there is fresh air in your lungs, and birds are chirping in the back. Heaven, isn’t it?

Numerous people argue, climbing trees is not a sport. We would like to contradict that. If a physical activity requires your muscle strength, makes you sweat and increases your heart rate, then it is a sport. Therefore, climbing trees is a sport. If your campsite does not have a mountain near it, then you can settle with climbing trees. Either you can climb the trees in the usual way, or you can make use of a climbing tree stand.
These tools are an invention that has made climbing the trees a hundred times easier. You can get one by searching for the lightest climbing tree stands. They are lightweight, easy-to-carry and come with a built-in seat. So, when you run out of breath, you can just sit back and enjoy the solitude of nature.
Most people use arrows to either hunt animals or for combat. We would prefer the latter. Archery is a very active sport. You must be mindful with the bow and the arrow in your hands. If you are a beginner and cannot afford archery classes in the city then practicing it in the wood is a fantastic alternative, because there are a few chances of harming other people and animals in the wilderness. Start with target archery. Draw a bullseye target on a tree, assume your position and start shooting arrows. Who knows, you might be the next Katniss Everdeen. Nevertheless, safety measure should be adopted to prevent any harm from happening.
If you think that trekking is just walking, then you cannot be more wrong. Trekking means long, energetic, outdoor hikes in the woods or on the countryside, while walking means urban walks. Trekking is an active form of hiking as it involves bushwhacking, passing the hurdles created by fallen trees, climbing mountains, and much more. Trekking includes putting your stuff in a backpack and carrying it along the way. Then if you get tired, you will have all the necessary camping items. Trekking tests a person’s psychological and physical capacity. If you are trekking for the first time, then you should stay on a trail and not deter from your route.
